In todays world of impersonal service, I wanted to personally say thank you to you and your team at Scope. Our service contract for the fire alarm, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers was up for renewal and after speaking with Lisa at JLL Insurances services your company was recommended as one of the companies we should talk to. Within a few hours you had called me to ask what our requirements where and within 48 hours you had arranged for Pete to call to our offices and scope our requirements, I found Pete to be very knowledgeable and he explained what your organisation could do for us and how you would deliver the services we required. We had invited another two companies to quote but I felt that you were the best suited and there the company that we should award our contract too. I am delighted with the service you have provided and would highly recommend Scope to any of my connections. We are currently looking to review the security at our offices and Scope Fire & Security will certainly be at the top of the list for procurement.

I’m writing on behalf of the directors of the Masonic Assembly Rooms Ltd just to say how pleased we were with all aspects of your work when you recently upgraded our fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
