Scott Chapman.
Managing Director.
Scott, the co-founder of the business, manages daily operations, business development, and customer accounts. With over 20 years in the Fire & Security industry, he has held roles from Service Manager to Service Director. Armed with a First Class Honours degree in business and management, Scott is primed to uphold and elevate standards and efficiency within the organisation.
Pete Allen.
Technical Director.
Pete, our co-founder and Technical Director, began his career as an electrician before rapidly advancing in the Fire & Security industry, holding positions as Senior Engineer and National Engineering Manager. With a technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail, Pete is in charge of engineering, training, and compliance, especially in the Fire Safety department where he serves as the lead designer for Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
Dominic Jones
Sales Manager.
Dom oversees the sales department & brings a wealth of experience within the fire and security systems industry. Having worked in sales & account management over the last decade, he has experience across a range of disciplines, from intruder alarm systems, CCTV, access control, fire systems, fire extinguishers, fogging, and gates & barriers.
Adam Chapman.
Service Manager.
Adam leads our service department. Coming from a logistics background and with a strong commitment to customer service, he ensures timely responses to customer needs and proper team coordination. Armed with a First-Class Honours Degree in business and management, Adam is perfectly positioned to manage our service delivery.

Anwar Hussain.
Service Engineer.
Anwar plays a pivotal role in supporting our engineers on-site in terms of technical expertise and health and safety considerations. With a profound interest in electronics, Anwar contributes to diverse tasks, assisting our automation engineers, security specialists, and fire safety experts throughout both installation and maintenance processes.

Ste takes a lead role on new system installations, commissioning and servicing. With vast system knowledge and a high level of technical ability he has a key role on the delivery of our services across a multitude of systems types from Fire Detection & Alarm Systems to Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control
Andy Edwards
Maintenance Engineer.
Andy is instrumental in supporting our on-site engineers from both a technical standpoint and in terms of health and safety. With a deep passion for electronics, Andy collaborates on diverse tasks, assisting our automation specialists, security professionals, and fire safety engineers in both installation and maintenance endeavors
RYAN MCVAY.
Installation Engineer.
Ryan McVay is instrumental in supporting our on-site engineers both technically and in terms of health and safety. With a strong passion for electronics, Ryan contributes to a diverse range of projects, collaborating closely with our automation, security, and fire safety engineers during both installation and service operations.
Jordan Simmonds.
Service & Small Works Engineer.
Jordan is a key member of the Fire Safety team and leads on the servicing and repair of life safety systems. Jordan entered the industry over 7 years ago servicing Fire Fighting equipment and now regularly conducts planned maintenance across a range of systems such Fire Detection & Alarm systems, Emergency Lighting equipment and Portable Fire Extinguishers.
WILL ARCHER.
Maintenance Engineer.
Will is part of our maintenance team and brings a wealth of industry experience with him. Competent with Fire Safety and Security Systems, he focusses his time on system servicing and fault rectification within Commercial, Domestic and Social Housing environments.
Tom Haddley.
Lead Electrical Engineer.
Tom Haddley is instrumental in supporting our on-site engineers from both technical and health & safety standpoints. With a profound passion for electronics, Tom lends his expertise to a range of projects, collaborating with our automation, security, and fire safety engineers throughout the installation and servicing phases.
Andrea Rostron.
Administration Manager.
Andrea combines her vast experience in sales, account management and service delivery to ensure our customers receive the prompt updates, system correspondence and communications they require. As a key part of our office team Andrea supports all of our internal operations to ensure our customers needs are always met.
Maddie Pollard.
Operational Support.
Maddie has been with the business since October 2022 having joined our sales and administration team. Maddie is currently undertaken an apprenticeship in Business Administration, with a keen eye for detail and ability to absorb and retain information she is already a key and valued member of our team.
Owen Sodeau.
Apprentice Engineer.
Owen is our latest apprentice and splits his time between assisting our team on system installations and servicing and repair visits. He is currently in the first year of his apprenticeship and attends college one day per week to aid his industry development.
Will Flood.
Apprentice Engineer.
Will recently joined us on an apprenticeship. He is currently focusing on system installations by providing assistance to senior members of the engineering team as well as spending one day per week at college to aid his industry development and knowledge.
